This is a case of "buyer beware". Don't fall for the offer to only pay shipping for a "free" item. Never received product and never got satisfactory response from Alpine as to status of my item. When I could access their website, it did mention that they limit the amount of free items sent but good customer service would dictate that they communicate that to those who won't be receiving an item and a refund will be made. That's what makes sense to me, but this is obviously not a legit company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER GET ORDER

I ordered 2 free backpacks and paid $24.95 for shipping. I should have known better. This was back in Feruary 2019. I still have not gotten my order and cannot reach alpine outdoor store by phone or email. I saw that they changed name to outdoor camping. Please don't fall for this obvious scam.

Placed order for trip, never received items, no contact/reply from them. This is a total rip off and scam. Do not waste your time or money.
